ROSY is Munich’s first boutique studio uniting inner and outer strength — using intelligent training as a foundation for longevity, beauty, and lasting wellbeing. Our method is built on six pillars of longevity: Cardio-Metabolic (train your heart, fuel your metabolism), Strength (build muscle, protect bones), Barre (elegant, joint-friendly toning), Pilates (core-first alignment and posture), Inner Glow (fascia, circulation, and skin renewal), Retreat (stress relief and flexibility). Each class enhances body, mind, and glow from within. Selected sessions include Finishers — small rituals that refine circulation, release fascia, and calm the nervous system for deep recovery. Across 600 m² and three light-flooded studios, ROSY blends science and beauty in an atmosphere of calm elegance. Please book your classes directly in the USC app - we have three classrooms available on USC, so make sure that you check all locations (Kursraum 1, Kursraum 2, Kursraum 3) Here’s how to prepare for your first class: Arrive 10 minutes early This allows us to show you the studio and take time for a personal introduction before class begins. Footwear • For Cardio-Metabolic and Strength classes, please bring clean indoor training shoes. • For Barre, Ballet, Pilates, and Retreat / Inner Glow classes, wear grippy or non-slip socks. • Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the studio. You can purchase ROSY grippy socks at the reception. Towel Policy A towel (at least bath-towel size) is required for all classes. If you forget yours, towels can be rented at reception for €2. Locker Deposit Please bring a small deposit (e.g., ID card or driver’s license) for your locker key.
