I'm Gunjan, a 200H Sivananda Hatha certified teacher — and Mauerpark is where the practice meets the city. What to expect: No studio walls, Just sky, grass, and a traditional Hatha practice that includes postures, breathing, and a short meditation. Designed for all levels — the park energy does something to a yoga class that four walls can't. Come as you are. For outdoor classes bring your own mat or a large towel, and dress in comfortable layers — Berlin mornings can be cool even in summer. No other equipment needed. Look for the group gathering on the grass. The exact spot will be confirmed in the booking notes and via WhatsApp the evening before class.
