Yoga in München - Moosach Come as you are! We practice together to evolve as human beings in the direction of yoga - which means more compassion, love and unity. In growth there is joy. So, it is a process of remembering our true essence of love. Through our visceral experience of that essence, we continuously expand our consciousness within this level of reality. Everyone is welcome, classes are a mixture of pranayama, asana, kriya and meditation. I am so excited to meet you! Much love, Janina P.S.: Please bring your own mat!
