Functional Training in Berlin Hi, I’m Nadia, a Personal Trainer and Women’s Health Coach based in Berlin. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (Biomedical Sciences track) and specialize in helping women build strength, improve body confidence, and create a healthier relationship with movement and nutrition. My approach combines evidence-based strength training, metabolic health, hormone-conscious coaching, and sustainable lifestyle habits. I have experience supporting women with PCOS, body image concerns, and disordered eating patterns, always focusing on long-term wellbeing rather than quick fixes. Whether you’re new to training or looking to feel stronger and more confident in your body, you’ll find a supportive, judgment-free environment where every woman is welcome.

Small group sessions (max. 5 participants) allow for individualized coaching and exercise modifications when needed.
