In our class we give the most attention to the glutes, but we absolutely don't forget to train the abs and work on that cardio too. It's on the right side of the entrance of Openluchttheater, if you look at it from Blauwe Theehuis. If it rains, we will be standing ón the stage of Openluchttheater. Bring your own mat.
