Feel Good Moms is a specialized exercise studio focused on pregnancy and postpartum fitness. We support new and expectant moms with safe and effective functional strength and conditioning workouts. Our services include teaching proper lifting techniques and educating clients about pelvic floor function, helping them manage symptoms like urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and prolapse. While we enjoy lifting weights at Feel Good Moms, we also recognize the value of taking it easy. That’s why we offer pregnancy yoga classes as well.

To ensure your safety, we kindly request that you share any injuries, pregnancy-related discomforts, or other important information before the start of the class. Additionally, please be aware that our classes are small. While we recognize that last-minute cancellations can happen, they significantly affect the class structure and dynamic. Therefore, we ask that you only make a reservation if you genuinely plan to attend. You can reserve a spot up to 2 hours before class. Don’t forget to bring your indoor shoes!
