Orhun is a queer dancer and contortionist originally from Istanbul. Their flexibility training originates from the world of dance, but they have been more extensively training for acrobatics and contortion since 5 years. Therefore, their flexibility practice has a functional approach. This beginner-friendly class is open to all levels: Each class starts with active and dynamic stretches aiming towards a specific flexibility goal, may it be different bridges or splits. There will be hands-on instruction in safe and dynamic stretching techniques, to build the fundamental body awareness for flexibility work. The aim of this class is for you to be feeling juicy in your body! Expect to be sweating – because flexibility is more than “just” stretching!

The classes take place in HeileHaus. The studio is in the backyard when you go through the main door, enter the building on the left, 1st floor. Das Studio befindet sich im Hinterhof, wenn ihr durch den Haupteingang geht, betretet das Gebäude auf der linken Seite, 1. Etage. Gerne mich kontaktieren when ihr Fragen zum Kurs habt. Buche deinen Kurs direkt über die Urban Sports Club App! Bitte beachte, dass dies eine verbindliche Buchung ist, und die Stornierungsfrist eingehalten werden muss. Die jeweilige Stornierungsfrist wird bei der Buchung angezeigt. Andernfalls wird dir der Besuch von deinem monatlichen Besuchslimit abgezogen und in Rechnung gestellt. Hinweis: Der Check-In Prozess über den QR Code bleibt vor Ort weiterhin unverändert.
