Class of contact improvisation and movement (followed from a Jam of Contact improvisation) The class invites you to dive into some of the understanding of the language of Contact Improvisation, to deepen our awareness, stretch and transform the possibilities of the body. We will work on an internal sensing to transform into forms, lifting and dynamic, effortless alignment of our body, built around verticality, allowing to release into this aligned “small dance position” as a base. By practicing the dialogue of shared axes and weight moving through space, we will stimulate our natural curiosity for the unknown: We will enter a state of exploration, sinking into the intuitive responses of our bodies, observing them and using them for our dialogue with the partner. This class is open for all, beginners who wish to enter into this practice as well as experienced dancers and contacters, who wish to further develop and fine tune their skills Der Kurs lädt dazu ein, in das Verständnis der Sprache der Contact Improvisation einzutauchen, um unser Bewusstsein zu vertiefen, die Möglichkeiten des Körpers zu dehnen und zu transformieren. Wir werden an einer inneren Wahrnehmung arbeiten, um uns in Formen, Hebungen und dynamische, mühelose Ausrichtungen unseres Körpers zu verwandeln, die um die Vertikalität herum aufgebaut sind und uns erlauben, uns in diese ausgerichtete "kleine Tanzposition" als Basis zu befreien. Durch das Üben des Dialogs zwischen geteilten Achsen und dem Gewicht, das sich durch den Raum bewegt, werden wir unsere natürliche Neugier auf das Unbekannte stimulieren: Wir werden in einen Zustand der Erkundung eintreten, in die intuitiven Reaktionen unseres Körpers eintauchen, sie beobachten und sie für unseren Dialog mit dem Partner nutzen. Dieser Kurs ist offen für alle, sowohl für Anfänger, die in diese Praxis einsteigen wollen, als auch für erfahrene Tänzer und Kontaktpersonen, die ihre Fähigkeiten weiterentwickeln und verfeinern wollen.

The entrance is directly on the street. There is a jam of contact improvisation after the class, which is a second event which you can decide to participate after the class.
