Please note! This is not a plunge bath but cold therapy. You can use the ice bath with swimwear, but for the sauna wearing any item of clothing (even under/swimwear) is prohibited in the sauna. It's a mixed sauna.

Your Fresh Mint Crystals can be bought at the gym reception for just €12.50!
Place 3-5 small crystals on the hot stones in the sauna and allow the menthol to clear your airways....breathe!! One bottle of crystals will last around 30 sauna sessions!
