Holistic massage is a mindful massage with various elements from biodynamic, classical, deep tissue massage and joint release practices, and yoga massage. It provides deep relaxation and connection of the whole body and promotes a balance between the central and autonomic nervous system. Partial or full body massages are available, with the emphasis on individual personal treatment according to your needs. This massage is offered exclusively for FLINTA*.
It is a wellness massage with natural cosmetic, vegan massage oils (on request also with essential natural oils).Massage procedure: In a preliminary talk, you describe your complaints and wishes. You undress down to your underpants as far as is comfortable for you. Areas of your body that you would rather not be touched are left out. The massage can include your back, neck, arms, legs, stomach, head and face. After the massage, you get dressed again and there is room to share your experience in a joint discussion afterwards. Careful handling and respecting your and our boundaries is very important to us.

Ganzheitliche Massage ist eine achtsame Massage mit verschiedene Elementen aus biodynamischer, klassischer, Deep Tissue - Massage und Joint-Release-Praktiken, und Yogamassage. Sie sorgt für eine tiefe Entspannung und Verbindung des ganzen Körpers und fördert eine ausgewogene Balance zwischen dem zentralen und vegetativen Nervensystem. Möglich sind Teil- oder Ganzkörpermassagen, bei denen Wert gelegt wird auf eine individuelle persönliche Behandlung je nach deinen Bedürfnissen. Diese Massage wird ausschließlich für FLINTA* angeboten.
Es handelst sich um eine Wellnessmassage mit naturkosmetischen, veganen Massageölen (auf Wunsch auch mit ätherischen naturreinen Ölen).Ablauf der Massage: in einem Vorgespräch beschreibst du mit deine Beschwerden und Wünsche. Du entkleidest dich, soweit es für dich stimmig ist bis auf die Unterhose. Körperbereiche, an denen du lieber nicht berührt werden möchtest, werden ausgespart. Bei der Massage können Rücken, Nacken, Arme, Beine, Bauch, Kopf und Gesicht mit einbezogen werden. Nach der Massage ziehst du dich wieder an und im gemeinsamen Nachgespräch gibt es Raum Erfahrung zu teilen. Ein sorgsamer Umgang und die Wahrung deiner und meiner Grenzen sind uns sehr wichtig.

How to get there : 3rd rear building, 1st floor / Entrance in the third courtyard passage ring at “Heilpraxis”
Please take off your shoes and have a seat. I will pick you up.
If you are unable to attend the appointment, please cancel it up to 48 hours before.
If you cancel later, you will be charged 50%. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, I will unfortunately have to request the full amount and it will be deducted from your monthly visit limit. Thanks for understanding.

Bitte ziehe deine Schuhe aus und nimm Platz. Ich werde Dich abholen.
Wenn Du den Termin nicht wahrnehmen kannst, sage ihn ihn bitte bis zu 48 Stunden vor Beginn ab.
Solltest du ihn danach absagen werden dir 50% in Rechnung gestellt. Bei einer Absage weniger als 24h muss ich leider den gesamten Betrag anfordern und er wird von deinem monatlichen Besuchslimit abgezogen. Danke für dein Verständnis.
