🇬🇧 CAPOEIRA FOR BEGINNERS Capoeira is a unique blend of dance, martial art, game, and music. Come and experience this amazing Afro-Brazilian art form for yourself! Ondinha has been a student, practitioner, and teacher of capoeira since 2010. He has taught all over the world, including in the US, Germany, India, China, and Singapore. His classes are bilingual (English and German), and focus on foundational elements of conditioning, technique, and play. All levels welcome. 🇩🇪 CAPOEIRA FÜR ANFÄNGER*INNEN Capoeira ist eine einzigartige Mischung aus Tanz, Kampf, Spiel, und Musik, die der afrobrasilianischen Kultur entspringt. Ondinha lernt, lebt und lehrt Capoeira seit 2010. Sein Unterricht nährt sich von einer diversen Trainererfahrung — unter anderem aus den USA, Indien, China und Singapur. Trainings werden auf bilingualer Basis durchgeführt (englisch und deutsch) und betonen den Aufbau von Kondition, Technik und Spiel. Alle sind herzlich willkommen.
