Ondinha has been a student, practitioner, and teacher of capoeira since 2010. He has taught all over the world, including in the US, Germany, India, China, and Singapore. His classes are bilingual (English and German), and focus on foundational elements of conditioning, technique, and play.
All levels welcome.

Capoeira ist eine einzigartige Mischung aus Tanz, Kampf, Spiel, und Musik, die der afrobrasilianischen Kultur entspringt.
Ondinha lernt, lebt und lehrt Capoeira seit 2010. Sein Unterricht nährt sich von einer diversen Trainererfahrung — unter anderem aus den USA, Indien, China und Singapur. Trainings werden auf bilingualer Basis durchgeführt (englisch und deutsch) und betonen den Aufbau von Kondition, Technik und Spiel.

- Please arrive 10 mins early so we can begin on time
- Enter via the side entrance (down the ramp on the left side of the building)
- Wear comfortable, loose sports clothing and (indoor) training shoes

- Bitte sei 10 Min vor Trainingsbeginn vor Ort, damit wir pünktlich loslegen können
- Ins Gebäude kommst du durch den Seiteneingang (folge der Rampe links nach unten)
- Trag bequeme Sportkleidung und (Indoor-)Sportschuhe
