Your host, Kai, is a breathwork and meditation facilitator based in Berlin and a certified coach (ICF PCC). Most of his work happens one to one, accompanying human beings through processes that change the course of a life. He knows the territory from the inside: two companies built and led, a world championship in social entrepreneurship, and the burnout that came out of years at full load. For more than 10 years, he has been holding loving and deeply transformative experiential spaces. His sessions are a group practice format. They are not a health service, not therapy, and no substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care. Und zurück kommen kannst in den tiefen Zustand von Verbindung und Glück, der in dir wohnt. Dein Host, Kai, ist Breathwork Facilitator und Meditationslehrer, sowie systemisch ausgebildeter Coach (ICF PCC). Der größte Teil seiner Arbeit findet im Einzelsetting statt, wo er Menschen durch Prozesse begleitet, die den Lauf eines Lebens verändern. Bei seiner Arbeit schöpft er auch aus dem eigenen Weg: Gründer und Geschäftsführer zweier Unternehmen, Weltmeister im Social Entrepreneurship, und das Burnout, der aus Jahren unter Volllast entstanden ist. Er hält seit über 10 Jahren liebevolle, tiefgrefeinde Erlebnisräume. Seine Sessions sind ein Gruppenformat zum gemeinsamen Üben. Sie sind keine Gesundheitsleistung, keine Therapie und kein Ersatz für eine ärztliche oder psychotherapeutische Behandlung.
