In my session, I work with my ten years experience in various dance and somatic disciplines, you can expect a combination of deep tissue work with bio quality aroma oil, chinese medicine acupuncture points and meridian work, northern thai massage stretches, esalen-inspired long strokes and cranial work. I am focusing on releasing blockages in tissues, improving energetic flow and resetting the nervous system for proper relaxation. I am here to support your health, healing and better mobility. The massage is done on a heated massage bed in silence, no spa music! Please note that the studio is at my home on the top floor without elevator. I recommend that you can take a shower at home before attending the session and keep the oil on your body for at least 3 hours after the session so your skin can be nourished. Please try not to plan sports and social activities immediately after the session to give your body time to adjust, absorb and recover in a calm and resting way. It's important you book your appointment from my website. If you have trouble with online payment and wish to pay by cash on location, please send me a quick email ([email protected]) to book. You are agreeing to my cancellation policy, after booking is confirmed, payment is not refundable, please reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment online or via email to avoid fees. Change within 24-48h window prior to the appointment will occur additional fee of 20 euro. It's not possible to change later than 24h. Please kindly make sure you are on the correct membership tier (L/XL) and you haven't done massage for this calendar month or attended class on the same day (USC only allows one massage check-in per month and one check-in per day). It's your responsibility to make sure you can check-in with green page otherwise you are obligated to pay the regular fee of 70 euro for 1 hour massage.
