Wir üben gemeinsam über den Dächern Berlins an der frischen Luft und haben dennoch einen geschützten privaten Space, um uns ohne Ablenkungen ganz auf unsere Yogapraxis konzentrieren zu können.
Dich erwartet, neben einer besonderen Location, eine fein sequenzierte, ganzheitliche Yogastunde die alle Bereiche des Yogas - Körperübungen, Atmung, Meditation und Mantra - gleichermaßen integriert.
Über die fließenden Asana (Yogastellungen), die damit verknüpfte kraftvolle und tiefe Ujjayi Atmung (yogische Atemtechnik) und Elemente der Kontemplation und Meditation kommst du ganz zu dir und erfährst dich immer wieder neu in wunderbaren Momenten vollkommener Ruhe und tiefer Freude.
Alle Level sind Willkommen.

We practice together in the fresh air above the roofs of Berlin and still have a protected private space to be able to concentrate fully on our yoga practice without distractions.
In addition to a unique location, you can expect a finely sequenced, holistic yoga class that equally integrates all areas of yoga - physical exercises, breathing, meditation and mantra.
Through the flowing asana (yoga postures), the associated powerful and deep Ujjayi breathing (yogic breathing technique) and elements of contemplation and meditation, you will experience yourself deeply in wonderful moments of complete peace and deep joy.
All levels are welcome.

Bitte beachten: Keine Umkleide, sanitäre Anlagen und keine Yogamatten vorhanden, d.h. kommt bitte schon in eurem Yoga Outfit & bringt eure Matte und eventuell ein kleines Kissen oder Yoga-Block mit!!!
Note: Meeting point - at least 10 minutes before the start of the course!
Where: Corner of Simon-Dach-Straße and Grünberger Straße (in front of the Gotcha restaurant)
Please note: There are no changing rooms, sanitary facilities and no yoga mats, so please come in your yoga outfit & bring your mat and perhaps a small cushion or a yoga block!!!
