Fitness für Mütter & Schwangere in München Tuesdays in SPANISH Fridays in ENGLISH We will train our strength, mamas! Prepare yourself for effective mobility and strength exercises. We will be using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight. Sometimes the workout is structured as a circuit, other times it is more Pilates-inspired. Because we work with multiple exercise variations, everything can be fully adjusted to your level. Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or beyond—please let us know if you have any injuries, or which week/month of pregnancy or postpartum you are in. Together, we will work on improving our posture, relearning proper breathing techniques, taking care of our pelvic floor, and most importantly, having fun! Pre & postnatal athleticism coach specialised in pelvic floor. Babies and children welcome. Please bring your own mat.
