Pilates in Schöneberg The classes of Pilates Let's Go Berlin are taught in German and French! What is Pilates ? It's a system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso , the Spine, abs, and the other muscles. It's a good way to maintain a good physical condition with time» My classes : My classes are for people who want to discover pilates, and who do sport or for beginners too (people who don't have the time to practice any sport beside their work). I teach in french and german. I teach in small groups, the room where I teach is small, and I can accept maximum 7 people per class. So it's always better to reserve in advance your spot. I like the proximity with my students and find important to pay attention to each person during my class, I prefer quality over quantity. My class lasts one hour, composed with a warm up, differents series of exercices, and stronger exercices at the end, I always finish the class with a relax time, which allows people who are stressed before the class, to feel more centered and relaxed at the end. It can also be for people who have back pain, in this case I ask the person to talk before with his doctor or physiotherapist, if she can paractice pilates. People who come to my classes are most women, but men are also welcome !! Pilates is for everybody of all ages (from Teenagers to old people). A regular practice of Pilates allows to work at the same time the center of Body, concentration, strength, flexibility, to work the breath but also the resistance, and have a better control of the body. Dieser Kurs ist auf 4 Teilnehmer begrenzt. This class is for 4 students only. Bitte buche deinen Termin telefonisch bis spätestens 24 Stunden vor dem Kurs (!) per Mail unter [email protected]. Gib bei der Anmeldung auch deine USC Mitgliedsnummer mit an. Solltest du am Kurs doch nicht teilnehmen können, melde dich bitte bis zu 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn wieder ab. Andernfalls wird dir der Besuch von deinem monatlichen Besuchslimit abgezogen und in Rechnung gestellt. Bitte komme pünktlich und max. 10 min vor dem Kurs!
