From now on, a class takes place on Sundays at 17:00 at Bethaniendamm 61 A, taught by Sandra.
Our aim is to teach yoga in the traditional understanding – as a spiritual discipline – and we would like to hold a space for everyone who is interested, with no regards to age, gender or physical fitness.
We are teaching Vinyasa Yoga. The positions are taught in a specific order, linked together with the breath – and by the breath (‘flow’).
Sandra is a Jivamukti Yoga certified teacher.
The ‘eight-limbed path’ (Sanskrit: Aṣṭāṅga = eight limbed) of Yoga according to Patanjali is the base of her practice and teaching.
