really good quality yoga and mobility classes with your favourite teachers from berlin ;) soft edges is a studio for yoga, functional movement and mobility. we're less interested in the perfect pose than in what happens when you stop performing it. we soften the edges of expectation — the shoulds, the shapes you think you're supposed to make — to leave room for something unrehearsed to emerge. and we bring everything to the mat: the strong and the sore, the calm and the restless, the angry, the sad, the parts of us we'd rather not look at, the stuff that sparks our curiosity, the stuff that we try to hide, but needs to be seen. nothing gets left at the door, because all of it is us — and all of it is allowed to change. we move, we breathe, we find ourselves and each other.
