Welcome to Sunbeam Flows! I am happy that you’re here.
My full name is Panat Intuputi but you can call me Beam. I grew up in Bangkok, Thailand, and recently moved to Munich. I am a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, and in my personal practice, I enjoy vinyasa, hatha, yin yoga, and learning new aspects of yoga.
Yoga has been an essential part of my life that encourages me to approach each day more thoughtfully and with full gratitude. Through yoga, I have developed a deeper understanding of myself, and it has allowed me to foster connections with others and appreciate every step along the way. Yoga reminds me to honor the spaces in between, the stillness in the pauses between breaths.
My teaching style is a blend of vinyasa and hatha, characterized by slow and gentle movements that synchronize with the breath. My goal is to hold a safe and welcoming space where students feel comfortable in their bodies, learn more about themselves, and have fun during the practice.
I look forward to sharing our practice together and meeting you soon.
Classes take place every Wednesday from 18.30-19.45 at the beautiful and cozy Onu Space.

The class is in English. The yoga studio provides yoga mats, blocks, and other props that you are welcome to use. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts so that we can have a relaxed arrival and start on time.
This class takes place at Onu Space in Reichenbachstr. 29. The studio is in the Innenhof. Walk through the courtyard and you will find a door on your left, walk up one floor and you will find the studio.
