The Base Pilates
Pilates, Eldoa™, Yoga, Myofascial Stretching in MItte Welcome to The Base Pilates, a cozy and inviting studio located in the courtyard of a historic Altbau in Berlin Mitte. Our studio offers group mat classes, semi-private machine sessions on the pilates reformer & chair, Eldoa™, myofascial stretching, personal training and more. Small-group mat sessions of 6-7 people allow for hands-on attention and an efficient, concentrated practice, helping you develop your core strength, flexibility, and increase body awareness. Our instructors are experienced, certified and will provide guidance on proper technique to help you attain your goals. Classes are conducted in German or English depending on participants and instructor. We welcome all bodies, genders, ages, and abilities, from athletes to beginners. Bitte merken: 36142, *unlock button Die Tür geht von alleine auf. Studio Eingang ist eine Glastür auf der rechte seite im hof. We are located in the back courtyard of Chaussee 36, a code is needed to gain access- please make note of the security code below to enter to the premises. When you arrive at the metal gates, enter: 36142, *unlock button. The gate opens automatically. You'll find us on the right side of the courtyard through a glass door with stairs going down.
