Boutique em Lisboa The Kynd Space is an aesthetic all-in-one movement sanctuary with daily classes of all class types: Yoga, Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates and Barre workouts. Together we flow, sculpt and sweat - from gentle to high intensity. Community is our heartbeat and music is our epic guide. Moves for every mood & level of fitness, to find your own perfect rhythm for thriving wellbeing from the inside to out. Immersed in a spacious oasis, earthy colours and eco-sustainable materials & interior. All classes are taught in English, 7 days a week.

All levels from newbies to advanced: warmly welcomed! - Arrive 15 min before class starts - Mats & props are available, but we recommend to bring your own mat for great grip & hygiene - Wear comfortable sports/yoga clothing - If you have not checked in 5 min before, your spot may be reassigned - All classes barefoot or socks (the floor is designed for it)
