In nonduality, there is a recognition that everything in the universe, including ourselves, is Divine. And in tantra, this world we live in and perceive is not written off as an illusion, but rather embraced and worked with, also holding the potential to lead us back to the Divine. We will explore these philosophies more deeply through practice and our own direct experiences. Styles of practice include self-enquiry meditation, a meditative hatha, and a more somatic flow highlighting intuitive movement. If you’ve felt a longing to connect more intimately to the expansive depth of your being through yoga, come practice with me :) Open to all levels.
