Tanzen in Berlin - Wedding Afro latin grooves is a movement training inspired by afro latin rhythms from a contemporary dance approach, which explores from pleasure and enjoyment the different qualities of movement that can arise from the rhythmic relationship with the force of gravity. We train the mobility of the spine and the different colors of our muscle tone. In the search to connect with one's own presence which at the same time is the connection with the environment.
