Welcome to Underground — a place where everyone feels at home, and hard training meets a good vibe. It’s friendly, open, and real. Whether you’re training for strength, endurance, balance, or focus, this is where you’ll find your flow. Everyone’s welcome, from beginners to experienced athletes. This is your space to grow stronger, train smart, and have fun while doing it.
Challenge yourself with Bag (Kick)boxing, Technical (Kick)Boxing, HIIT Strength or Cardio. Build core power in Pilates, lift and tone with Booty Burn, or join our Ladies Only BAG Kickboxing for an extra boost of confidence and energy.
All levels welcome. No egos. Just good people training hard together.

All our trainers are fully certified and hold the required professional qualifications. The gym is officially recognized by the Dutch Combat Sports Authority (Vechtsportautoriteit) and affiliated with the Dutch Boxing Federation (Nederlandse Boksbond).
Don’t forget your gloves and wraps — available to rent or buy at the gym.

Gear Up & Get Ready
Come as you are. Just wear comfortable workout clothes and always bring your indoor shoes.
Boxing & Kickboxing:
Gloves and wraps are required.
For technical kickboxing classes, shin guards are also needed.
For all non-bag (kick)boxing classes, a mouth guard is mandatory.
Need gear? We’ve got you covered:
• Gloves: €3,50 (rent)
• Shin guards: €3,50 (rent)
• Wraps: €15 (buy)
• Mouth guard: €12,50 (buy)
Train barefoot or with indoor boxing shoes only — no outdoor shoes allowed.
HIIT Strength / Pilates / Booty Burn:
No boxing gear needed — just your energy and drive.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
If you arrive late, your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.
