Hatha Yoga at the Zuiderstrand The weather is looking beautiful again! Ready to trade the studio walls for an ocean view, the sound of waves, and the fresh sea breeze? Join me for an all-levels Hatha Yoga Beach class. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or unrolling a mat for the very first time, this practice is for everyone. We will move mindfully, breathe deeply, and connect with the ocean on the shores of The Hague.

How to Get There: Strandslag 12 is located on the Zuiderstrand, just south of the harbor. * By bike / walking: Go to Houtrustweg. Cycle or walk up the dune path at the end of the road, which leads you straight down to Strandslag 12 and La Cantina * You will recognize me by the blue cap I am wearing. In case the weather conditions are not suitable for yoga, I will also let you know at least 24 hours before the class. What to Bring: * A yoga mat or a large beach towel + an extra towel or cushion to sit on. * Layers of comfortable clothing (in case it gets breezy!). * A bottle of water to stay hydrated. * Sunscreen and/or a hat (the morning sun can be bright!)
