Yoga on the Move brings yoga to unique places all over Germany. We are a collective of yoga teachers that share the belief in the transformational power of yoga. It is our intention to form a loving and understanding community through the holistic traditions of yoga and to spread the positive values of the yogic practice. With our diverse classes and events we want to open up a space where everyone feels safe and accepted – yoga beginners and advanced yogis of all backgrounds. In our yoga classes we usually combine the traditional yoga asanas in a flow with synchronized breathing, electronic beats and some good spirit. Join us for an Outdoor Vinyasa Flow under the open sky at the beautiful Bar Botanik at Wasserturm in Cologne. Come as you are, all levels welcome just bring your own mat. Please note that in case of any events happening at Bar Botanik, we will move the class to the garden of the location. You can expect an energizing Vinyasa Flow and vitalizing breath techniques that refresh your body and mind. We will finish the session with a deep relaxation to conclude the day feeling calm and content. All levels are welcome, we will offer you variations to the poses. Please bring your own mat, a bottle of water and sun protection. WHAT TO BRING Yoga mat, water bottle, mosquito spray, towel and sun blocker. MEETING POINT: We are meeting at 18:30 at the location below and will go to the terrace together. Kaygasse 2, 50676 Köln, Wasserturm Hotel WEATHER There is an indoor option in case of rainy or cold weather. In case the indoor option is not available, and it rains or temperatures are below 16 degree the yoga session will be canceled at least 2 hours before the event, all credits will be refunded.
