👋🏼 Welcome to Our Yoga Space More than just a workout, our classes offer an authentic yoga experience that brings together physical practice, breath, mindfulness, and inner connection. Rooted in the traditional foundations of yoga, each class is designed to support both inner and outer alignment—helping you move with greater ease, balance, and awareness. Expect a holistic practice that integrates movement, conscious breathing, meditation, and chanting, creating space for both personal growth and deep relaxation. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have years of experience, you'll be guided in a way that meets you exactly where you are. ✨ Meet Amal Amal began his yoga and meditation journey at the age of 13. His path has taken him through years of learning with monks, martial artists, and experienced yoga teachers in Sri Lanka and India, giving him a deep appreciation for yoga as a complete way of life. With over 17 years of teaching experience and more than 10,000 students guided along the way, Amal has developed a unique ability to adapt each practice to the individual. His classes welcome all experience levels, body types, and abilities, ensuring that everyone can experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment.
