With small class sizes and an intimate space, each class offers the opportunity for personal connection, individual attention, and a deeper connection to your own practice. It’s a space where you can slow down, move, breathe, and truly feel supported. And the experience doesn’t have to end when we roll up our mats. After class, we often head out for a coffee, matcha, or simply a good chat: a chance to connect with fellow yogis, share experiences, and get to know each other beyond the mat.
