Live classes work just like offline courses and take place in real time. No recordings, just you, your trainer and your course mates.


How does it work? Find and select your activity through our app or website, and make your booking. You will receive more instructions via email and a link to the online course right before it starts.

Choose from dozens of activities such as yoga, HIIT, dance, Pilates, meditation or even EMS. Access thousands of classes from hundreds of partner venues in your city, country or abroad.


Our normal visit limits apply. Courses still have a maximum capacity, so don't wait to book your spot directly through our app or website!

- Open the app, log in, go to activities.

- Select the course you'd like to participate in.

- Click "Instant Book" to book your spot.

- You'll receive a confirmation email, and a second email with your link and instructions how to join the live class.

- Enjoy!

- Open urbansportsclub.com/en/online-courses and log in.

- Select the course you'd like to participate in.

- Click "Instant Book" to book your spot and you'll receive a confirmation email. 15 minutes before the course starts, you'll get a second email with your link to join the live class.

- Open the link from the email or on our website under "Course Description".

- Enjoy!
