Hi, I'm Anna Ostrega: somatic practitioner and embodiment facilitator. My approach is earth-based, decolonial, intersectional, and trauma-aware. Pleasure-based Somatics is my praxis! During the summer we will meet in the Garten der Sinne, a secluded and charming area withing Stadtpark. It's at walking distance from the U3- Borgweg station. 🌳 LOCATION This is not a yoga studio, but an outdoor gathering location in Stadtpark (Hamburg). Please note that amenities such as toilets, drinking water, changing rooms, and equipment are NOT available on site. - Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and the weather. Layers are recommended. - Wear comfortable shoes. - Bring your own drinking water. - Mats and props are not needed. - Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to find the location. - If you need help finding us: a location pin and meeting point will be shared after registration to the class. ✨ Your first class is free. As classes take place outdoors, weather-related changes or cancellations may occur. In that case, participants will be notified by email. ❌ CANCELLATIONS Please note: If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the class begins.
