Hi, I'm Anna Ostrega: somatic practitioner and embodiment facilitator. My approach is earth-based, decolonial, intersectional, and trauma-aware. Pleasure-based Somatics is my praxis! During the summer we will meet in the Garten der Sinne, a secluded and charming area withing Stadtpark. It's at walking distance from the U3- Borgweg station. 🌳 LOCATION This is not a yoga studio, but an outdoor gathering location in Stadtpark (Hamburg). Please note that amenities such as toilets, drinking water, changing rooms, and equipment are NOT available on site. - Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and the weather. Layers are recommended. - Wear comfortable shoes. - Bring your own drinking water. - Mats and props are not needed. - Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to find the location. - If you need help finding us: a location pin and meeting point will be shared after registration to the class. 🎟️ HOW TO BOOK Pre-booking is required via the lu.ma platform: 1) Visit: luma.com/annaostrega 2) Select your preferred date 3) Choose the ticket option "Urban Sports Club" 4) You will receive a confirmation email and a calendar invite with the exact location pin 5) Bring your phone to the class to scan the QR and check in. ✨ Your first class is free. As classes take place outdoors, weather-related changes or cancellations may occur. In that case, participants will be notified by email. ❌ CANCELLATIONS Please note: If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation via lu.ma at least 48 hours before the class begins.
