Our Pilates classes offer something for everyone, from the fundamentals of classic Pilates to the intensity of Burn, Power, and Strength Pilates. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, each class is designed to challenge your core, build strength, and improve flexibility, with exercises that can be adapted to suit all fitness levels. Expect a mindful yet powerful workout that leaves you feeling strong and balanced. We will flow through an intense pilates class you will feel after. You will be free to fit your intense level by yourself - therefore i introduce you some varieties to slow your intensity down. I will guide you all the time on the mat, and i love it if you call my name to help you with the exercises. Please bring your towel and drinking bottle. Mats are available ONLY at the atelier studio & studio 2 (NO MATS: KRUG12 & Outdoor Classes). Please notice: there is no shower available. If possible, please come by public transport (atelier studio: U2 – Rennweg).
