Pilates in in Nürnberg - Mitte We will flow through an intense pilates class you will feel after. You will be free to fit your intense level by yourself - therefore i introduce you some varieties to slow your intensity down. I will guide you all the time on the mat, and i love it if you call my name to help you with the exercises. * please bring your towel and drinking bottle * ideally no heavy food 2hours prior to the session If you are pregnant or you have physical issues please let me know before the class. Mats are available ONLY at the atelier studio & studio 2 (NO MATS: KRUG12 & Outdoor Classes). Please notice: there is no shower available If possible, please come by public transport (atelier studio: U2 – Rennweg).

Bitte sei ca. 5-10 Minuten vor Beginn der Class vor Ort da. Bringe bitte deine eigene Matte mit dazu (KRUG12 & Outdoor). Außerdem gerne etwas zu Trinken und ggf. ein Handtuch. Ich freue mich auf dich :)
