Our focus is on personal attention, fun, and helping you grow stronger in both body and mind. Whenever possible, we train outdoors for fresh energy; when the weather doesn’t allow, we use inspiring indoor locations around Lombok and Oog in Al.
What to bring: Comfortable sportswear, indoor/outdoor shoes, and water. For kickboxing classes we recommend bringing your own gloves and shin guards if you have them. Limited loan equipment is available.
