Fusion Gym in Utrecht offers kickboxing, personal training and acro-yoga with a holistic approach to movement and well being. Our focus is on personal attention, fun, and helping you grow stronger in both body and mind. Whenever possible, we train outdoors for fresh energy; when the weather doesn’t allow, we use inspiring indoor locations around Lombok and Oog in Al.
What to bring: Comfortable sportswear, indoor/outdoor shoes, and water. For kickboxing classes we recommend bringing your own gloves and shin guards if you have them. Limited loan equipment is available.
