Step into a slower, restorative experience designed to help you unwind, recharge, and find your balance. The sauna is set at a gentle ~60°C, creating a comforting warmth that invites calm and presence. A few things to know for a smooth session: > Arrival & Elevated Experience: Upon arrival, a +9€ contribution MUST be paid on top (card only - no cash!) to enjoy the full experience designed for your comfort and enjoyment — including towel service (1 towel), snacks, and refreshments. ANTI and RITE community members enjoy this service at no extra cost. > Arrive early: Be here 20 minutes before the session starts to change, settle in and prepare your mind and body. > Check-in closes: We will close check-in 5 minutes before the class starts. If you arrive after this, you won’t be able to join — this helps keep the session calm and uninterrupted. > Towels: You will receive 1 towel that you have to return after the class. > Changing rooms: changing rooms are all unisex. > Swimwear is mandatory: Please wear swimwear at all times. > Slippers are mandatory: Please wear slippers at all times when moving between areas for your safety and comfort.
