The sauna is set at a gentle ~60°C, creating a comforting warmth that invites calm and presence. A few things to know for a smooth session: 🌀 Arrive early: Be here 20 minutes before the session starts to change, settle in and prepare your mind and body. 🌀 Check-in closes: We will close check-in 5 minutes before the class starts. If you arrive after this, you won’t be able to join — this helps keep the session calm and uninterrupted. 🌀 Towels: You will receive 1 towel that you have to return after the class. 🌀 Changing rooms: changing rooms are all unisex. 🌀 Swimwear is mandatory: Please wear swimwear at all times. 🌀 Slippers are mandatory: Please wear slippers at all times when moving between areas for your safety and comfort. Come ready to breathe, relax, and let yourself be guided.
