Walk in the backyard, take the door on the left. Go up into the 2nd floor.
All classes are in English
We offer Yoga, Pilates, Sound & Red Light classes for all levels, taught by a warm, international teaching team.
Our vision is to hold space for everyone — to move, to feel, and to connect. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you're welcome to practice at your own rhythm.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class
