Welcome to OPEN – Mitte Yoga • Pilates • Sound • Red Light Open is a mindful space in Berlin for community, movement, healing and connection. We embrace diversity in all its forms — welcoming all genders, sexual orientations, backgrounds, and bodies. We're happy to have you at our Mitte Studio. Where to find us: • OPEN Mitte — Brunnenstr. 24, 10119 Berlin Walk in the backyard, take the door on the left. Go up into the 2nd floor. All classes are in English We offer Yoga, Pilates, Sound & Red Light classes for all levels, taught by a warm, international teaching team. Our vision is to hold space for everyone — to move, to feel, and to connect. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you're welcome to practice at your own rhythm.
