Our classes are designed for people who want a fun, effective workout without needing dance experience. Moving to electronic music, we combine rhythmic footwork and simple dance patterns to build stamina, coordination, and strength.
The focus is to execute a perfect step or choreo, but presence, rhythm, and joy of movement.
