Our group classes, the powerful Iron Strength Kettlebell and the fluid Iron Flow Kettlebell, not only provide a physical challenge, but are also at the heart of a supportive environment where fun and growth are central. Train With Iron’s Off-Peak Hours access offers the ideal environment for independent training. You can use the free weight-equipped gym on the weekdays Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri (10 AM–6 PM) and weekends (1 PM–6 PM). With kettlebells, free weights, and a supportive community, you can build strength and endurance at your own pace in a motivating space. Whatever your choice, Train With Iron is there to guide you on your path to a fit and strong body.
