The Classes We Offer We have five classes, each designed to help you get stronger in a way that suits your style of training: Iron Strength Kettlebell Circuit – Want to get stronger, move better, and feel more powerful? This class focuses on building raw strength with kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. You’ll develop full-body power, core stability, and solid technique. Iron Supersets Workout – Get stronger, build endurance, and push your limits with this high-intensity strength training class. Using superset-based programming, you'll pair exercises for maximum efficiency, keeping your heart rate up while developing full-body power. Expect a mix of kettlebells, free weights, and bodyweight movements designed to enhance strength, endurance, and muscle definition—all in a motivating group setting. Iron Boxing is a great way train technique, stamina and coordination. You'll train fighting moves with a focus on fun and moving your body well. Boxing gloves and wrapping are for rent if you don't have them yourselves. The Triple Triple: Build strength and stamina where you need it the most. Upper Body, Lower Body, or Total Body.
