1 hour strength focused group training for women & LGBTQ+ with Natalie - Your friendly female trainer in Berlin! With a background in both Yoga, Bouldering and Weight lifting my classes combines the body awareness of yoga with the strength building of Weight lifting. My special focus is strength training for the female body, at all ages. We train mainly using body weight and the tempo is regulated to make sure the exercises hit the right spot. Expect a workout that will strengthen you long term and that you WILL feel the next day. Fitting for all levels.
