Join us for an Outdoor Vinyasa Flow under the open sky at the beautiful rooftop of Berlin-Neukölln - Kalle Rooftop! Come as you are, just bring your own mat.
You can expect an energizing Vinyasa Flow and vitalizing breath techniques that refresh your body and mind. We will finish the session with a deep relaxation to conclude the day feeling calm and content. All levels are welcome, we will offer you variations to the poses.
