My name is Tischa Thomas. I recently retired in 2020 after ten years of professional competitive female bodybuilding ranking 3rd in the world with the IFBB organization. I currently work as a pro fitness trainer and have been in the personal training business now since 2010. Bodies By Tischa is my newly established EMS HIIT-Fit studio located in the Prenzlauer Berg area. However, BBT is more than just an ordinary EMS fitness studio. It is a place and safe space that I created to work with every fitness level, and to welcome every person on the gender spectrum. My mission here at BBT is to assist and teach each client the skills and tools needed to help them to achieve the goal of creating a body that is the best version of themselves that they can envision. EMS, HIIT, VR/EMS massage therapy, intentional breathing, and meditation are some of the services offer here at BBT that focuses on building up the total mind, body, and soul of each client that visits.

Once inside the courtyard, BBT will be located in the building with the balconies to your far left. Ring the 2nd doorbell in the courtyard labeled Bodies By Tischa /T.N. Thomas. BBT studio is located on the 1st floor. Once inside, get ready to experience the best part of your entire day!!!
