🟢 Forró 0 (Monday 19:30-20:30)
It’s suitable for everyone who would like to try for the first time Forró and learn the basic steps and turns. Here you will improve your skills in solo and partner dance, and work on your balance and coordination
🟡 Forró Beginner (Monday 20:30-21:30)
It is suitable for everyone who has some basic knowledge and understanding of basic steps and turns. Here you will learn and work on: time, counter-time, lift, and balance. You will also train on different rhythms with slow, medium and fast songs.
🟣 Forró Intermediate (Wednesday 19:00-20:00)
It’s suitable for dancers who feel confident in several movements (such as sacada and pião) without having trouble with their balance and rhythm. Here you will work on improvisation, musicality and body awareness.
🔵 Samba no Pé (Tuesday 19:00-20:00)
Experience the energy and joy of Brazilian Samba! In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of Samba no Pé, the vibrant solo dance from Brazil's carnival. We will work on basic steps, rhythm, body movement, coordination and musicality in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
(No partner and no previous experience)
