A session with me is about your personal growth, your relaxation, your emotional release, your physical healing, your rational understanding. House Of Moving Energy, the name of my creative container, forms H.O.M.E. when you take the first letters of each word. And this is what this work is about. It is about guiding you home to yourself, creating and deepening your conversation with life. Really anchoring into this experience on earth (I always felt like an alien) - and co-creating life with spirit.
This is a multi-layered, multidimensional journey and I am here for you with the teachings, the knowledge and the embodiment that I received and still do.

I combine teachings and tools from my profession and training as an actress, leadership and structuring qualities from being a film producer and director, the knowing from physical and emotional initiations through disease and breakdown, with aspects of gestalt-therapy, the teachings from the non-material realms I received through years of intense work with plant medicines and shamanic teachings, the experience of years of seated-meditation, movement and dance, the results of the medicine of travel (traveled 22 countries and counting), the experience of building and sitting in Mexican sweat-lodges, retreating in and with nature and nature spirits and what I learned from them. I bring 20 years of devoted and deep work to the table.
When you sit with me I want you to be courages and curious about life, surrender, engage with what wants to come through and see where it takes us.
One very present impression I recall from being a kid is: why is everyone lying? What’s that about? When asked „How are you?“ - Why are people not saying the truth, because I could tell they are not „fine“? This is something that is pushing my work forward. I tend to be quite radical at times as well as I can be highly sensitive.
One session contains of a round about two hour long encounter where you give me an insight of your current situation - that can be emotionally, spiritually or physically and within the conversation we set the frame to proceed.
Over the years I developed the skill of reading bodies, body language and micro-expressions, I tune into the skill of clairvoyance, clairknowing and clairempathy and more as well as medium-ship where people from the other side are coming through. I also work with spirit animals and do animal communication. I read energetics and guide them to an emotional release if that’s what’s necessary. Relational aspects can be part of a more practical conversation. Details about health and diet can benefit your physical health. Through bodywork we can find old stories that are stored in the body and can be the cause of chronic pain.
