Whether you’re into boxing, functional training, yin yoga or looking to try ice bathing, our sessions are designed to strengthen your body and mind while connecting with like-minded people.
We’re all about training outdoors, no matter the season, because we believe that connecting with nature and moving in fresh air is the key to boosting health and well-being.
Mindful Warriors was created by Ekaterina and me (Nikolai) in 2024. We want to share what we’ve learned through years of education (M.Sc. in Sport & Exercise Science, Yin Yoga, Boxing, Fitness Training) and build a welcoming community where people can train, grow, and thrive together. We also host digital detox retreats in the beautiful mountains around Munich.
So, whether you’re here to improve your fitness, meet new people, or challenge yourself with something new, we’re excited to welcome you!

What to bring: Please bring your own mat for the Outdoor Pilates Sculpt Class. For the Boxing, bring your own gloves if you have some, if not, you can borrow some from us for 1€.
