Swing Patrol ist eine Gemeinschaft von Tänzer*Innen, welche die Swing-Tänze der afroamerikanischen Community der 1910er - 1940er Jahre tanzen.
Der Schwerpunkt im Unterricht liegt auf dem “Social Dance”. Alle Teilnehmer*innen lernen, so entspannt wie möglich miteinander eine gute Zeit auf der Tanzfläche zu verbringen. Die Geschichte der Musik und Tänze ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil unserer Unterrichtseinheiten.

Unsere Gruppen sind offen für alle, welche andere Menschen so respektieren. Wir tolerieren keine rassistischen, homophoben, sexistischen und intoleranten Ansichten.

Swing Patrol is a community of dancers who dance the swing dances of the African American community of the 1910s - 1940s.
The emphasis in class is on "social dance". All participants learn to have a good time together on the dance floor in as relaxed a manner as possible. The history of music and dances is an important part of our classes.
