It might be possible that they are in the middle of an EMS course and might not be able to assist you. • But don’t worry—we’ve prepared detailed and simple instructions so you can operate the scanner completely on your own. Just head to the left, back corner of the studio, where you’ll find everything you need. • For a smoother experience, feel free to check out the steps in advance here: https://coassemble.com/learn/LQVPRD • After completing the scan, you can send the results to your email address. • If you have further questions, visit www.upupgo.app -> Contact Us, and send us an email. ℹ️ Important Information for Your 3D Scan: • The scanner works only if it can scan your full body. • For men: Please wear tight underwear. • For women: Please wear tight underwear or form-fitting sportswear (e.g., a yoga outfit). • Don’t worry, you’ll have full privacy—the scanner is located in a private area with a curtain that you can close. 👉 How to Find Us: • Here is a quick video on where to go: https://shorturl.at/Zljd8 • Arrive at Schlesische Straße 30 and enter the FitBox Studio—our partner hosting the scanner. • There’s no need to check in with the staff but feel free to say hi 🙂. Walk past the changing rooms to the left, back corner of the studio. • 👠 Please take your shoes off when you enter FitBox. • Please make sure to check-in via your Urban Sports Club App. If you don’t check in, Urban Sports Club will fine you, and we won’t receive any compensation. ⏰ Time Slots, Appoinments, support: • We cannot offer any "walk-in" appointments. You must schedule an appointment via the USC app. • Unfortunately we cannot offer any appointments or discounts to M members.
