Conscious, connected, circular breathwork in the exclusive boutique ☉ space in the heart of Kreuzberg, facilitated by Oliver, or ☉. Sessions are 1.5 - 2 hours, with up to 60 minutes of deep, powerful breathwork practice. The space lets visitors arrive and leave with plenty of time to integrate. Working with live sounds and/or meticulously curated playlists, conscious, connected breath is a means for regulating trauma responses, improving resilience and anti-fragility and bringing about deep and sustainable transformation. Oliver has been a certified Spirit of Breath Collective breathwork facilitator since June 2022 and has facilitates live and online sessions - individually or with groups.
